On October 31, 2025, the Product Information CSV files were updated to allow displaying quantity and unit of measure for selected products. By default, these details are not visible; upon customer request, additional fields — unit and quantity — can be enabled.

Added information about GTU codes (Goods and Services Groups)

On October 13, 2025, CSV files were updated to include GTU codes (Goods and Services Groups) for applicable products. By default, these codes are added to the Product Information files, but upon request, they can also be made visible in Stock, Stock Price, and Wholesale Pricing files.

Added the ability to limit the scope of CSV files to selected manufacturers

On October 10, 2025, an option was introduced in CSV files to display only products from specified manufacturers. For example, based on the current Product Information file, it's possible to select certain manufacturers listed there and request that the files include only goods originating from those manufacturers.

Adding the capability to query the Catalog service by SKU or product index

On July 15, 2024, the capability to query the GET /products operation in the Customer service based on SKU or product index was introduced.

Implementation details:

To call the GET /products operation using the SKU code, you need to pass the query parameter queryParam named sku.
To call the GET /products operation using the product index, you need to pass the query parameter queryParam named index.

Information on Automatic Order Confirmation in the Customer Service

On July 10, 2024, a new version of the Customer service was released. A new flag, automaticOrderConfirmation, was added to the response of the GET /customer operation. This flag indicates whether orders placed by the user will be sent with automatic order confirmation.

Validation of submitted product codes (SKU/index)

On May 19th, validation of product codes (SKU/index) submitted by users was introduced. All products that are unavailable or incorrect will be omitted in the response. A complete list of omitted products will be returned in the HTTP header: skpSkuList for queries by SKU or skiIndexList for queries by index.

New Catalog service as a REST alternative to downloading a ProductInformation CSV file

A new Catalog service was introduced on May 31, 2024. The service allows you to search for product definitions in real time. The service currently consists of two operations:

* Search Categories - allows you to search for a hierarchical structure of product categories.

Improve reliability of services under IC APIs

Sku parameter validation

On December 6, sku parameter validation was introduced in the Inventory and Price services. If an invalid value is provided in the response, an HTTP header named "skipSkuList" will be returned with information about the sku that has been ignored. If none of the parameters are valid, a validation error message will be returned.

Adding alternative delivery methods when placing orders

From November 22, 2023, it is possible to place orders using alternative delivery methods, i.e. PARCEL LOCKERS and XPRESS DELIVERY. In order to use the added functionality, the user account must be properly configured in the IC system, and when placing an order, the user must add the deliveryMethod element with the appropriate value to the POST operation /ic/sales/requisition.

Possible values for deliveryMethod:

5 - XPRESS DELIVERY
6 - PARCEL LOCKERS

Returning information about a split order

On July 26, 2023, a technical ID was added to the Invoice service

The Search Invoice operation (e.g. GET /ic/invoice?issueDateFrom=2023-03-01&issueDateTo=2023-03-05) additionally contains the techId element in the response.
The Get Invoice Details operation can be invoked using a technical identifier. To use, in addition to the technical identifier, you must pass the query param techId with the value true, e.g. GET /ic/invoice/251191019?techId=true

New IC API servers

From 01.02.2023 to 15.02.2023 we plan to migrate IC servers. Accordingly, all customers will have to change their configuration settings. The URL and security information will change. All services, operations and parameters will remain the same.
